Supprimer votre compte Ratio

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte Ratio et toutes les données associées à tout moment. La suppression est définitive et ne peut pas être annulée.

Depuis l'application

C'est le chemin le plus rapide, et il ne demande aucune attente.

1. Ouvrez Ratio et touchez votre monogramme, en haut à droite.
2. Allez dans Confidentialité.
3. Touchez Supprimer mon compte, puis confirmez.

Le compte et ses données sont effacés immédiatement, et vous êtes déconnecté.

Sans l'application

Si vous avez désinstallé Ratio ou ne pouvez plus vous connecter, écrivez à ratioaiapp@gmail.com depuis l'adresse e-mail de votre compte, avec pour objet « Suppression de mon compte Ratio ». La demande est traitée sous 30 jours au plus, et vous recevez une confirmation.

Ce qui est supprimé

• Votre compte et votre adresse e-mail.
• Votre profil : taille, poids, âge, sexe.
• Vos photos de scan et toutes vos estimations de composition corporelle.
• Vos programmes, vos séances, vos séries, vos records et vos niveaux de force.
• Vos conversations avec l'assistant.
• Les cartes et programmes que vous avez partagés.

Rien n'est conservé après la suppression, hors ce que la loi impose de garder (par exemple les justificatifs comptables d'un achat, conservés sans lien avec votre profil). Les sauvegardes techniques chiffrées expirent d'elles-mêmes sous 30 jours.

Votre abonnement

Supprimer votre compte n'annule pas un abonnement en cours : il se gère depuis le magasin qui l'a vendu, dans Google Play (Paiements et abonnements) ou dans les réglages de votre compte Apple. Résiliez-le avant de supprimer votre compte.

Delete your Ratio account

You can delete your Ratio account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open Ratio and tap your monogram, top right.
2. Go to Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

The account and its data are erased immediately, and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled Ratio or cannot sign in, email ratioaiapp@gmail.com from your account address, with the subject “Delete my Ratio account”. Requests are handled within 30 days at most, and you receive a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address.
• Your profile: height, weight, age, sex.
• Your scan photos and every body composition estimate.
• Your programs, sessions, sets, records and strength levels.
• Your conversations with the assistant.
• The cards and programs you shared.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except what the law requires us to retain (accounting records for a purchase, for instance, kept with no link to your profile). Encrypted technical backups expire on their own within 30 days.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: it is managed by the store that sold it, in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple account settings. Cancel it before deleting your account.
